I’m 18 years old and I just want to say I highly recommend this place ! The salesmen Ethan worked with me and did everything he could and he’s always available for questions and responds very quickly. Ethan got me the a great deal and their car quality is nice. They overall are a great place I’m surprised I didn’t know about this place. I would definitely recommend.

I had been looking for a 2014 Mustang for awhile when I saw one pop up for sale at this dealer. When I went in to check the car out the workers were all extremely helpful. Ethan was the one who sold me the car and knew a lot about it’s history even though it had just gotten to their lot. This was a good sign to me because I had recently been to other dealers where I seemed to know more about what they were selling then they did. They were able to offer me excellent trade in value for my current car and I was able to leave the same day with the Mustang. I have been to a lot of dealers that do not seem to be upfront and straightforward with the customer so this one definitely stood out. If you’re looking for a car I would highly recommend this dealership as they know a lot about their product and are able to help make the process go as smoothly as possible

Gave great feedback on all my questions. Helping me to walk out with a brand new beautiful 2019 Hyundai. MyCar staff are very friendly, welcoming and supportive. Great prices, great people
I saw a pretty 2017 Hyundai Elantra SE Value Edition on lot, and had immediately jumped on trying to get the car. Long story short, my previous car was totaled and I was in DESPERATE need of a new car. I drove down, test drove, and was out with the car within 3 hours. Adrian was the MAN! A week later, my caliper bolts fell out while driving, and MyCar was quick to get my car back in and fixed, replaced my windshield that had a small crack in due to a pebble, AND sent it through MD State Inspection all on their behalf. This group works hard to achieve customer experience to another level. Plus the mascot pup, Maps was a great mood booster when we were wrapping up with the Elantra. If I ever need or want another car, I will go through MyCar again! Thank you Adrian and the service team for getting my Elantra back up and running in no time!

GREAT USED CAR!
I have purchased a 2017 WRX back in January as a early birthday present to myself. The car salesman was very polite, and even stayed later after they closed! The car inside and outside was very clean so whoever had it last took very good care of it. I was given the choice at another dealership a higher price for the same year, but MY CAR made sure I was leaving with that car, and I did! If I could give this place 6 stars, I would.

Great experience
Saw the car I wanted online and sent them an email to check availability. It was still available. I went test drove it took delivery of it. The buying process took 1 hour. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and GOOD CLEAN CARS. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know that is looking for transportation. Thank you

They went way above and beyond!
They did everything in their power to make sure I left with a vehicle. They even stayed late for us. They were polite and have awesome customer service! Got the Yukon I have always wanted
I have never been here as I live out of state. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and kind. They dropped the price down to my range I wanted with no questions asked. They also delivered the vehicle to my driveway for no extra charge. When they showed up it exceeded my expectations. I am very happy with the service I received and will purchase from them in the future.

Volkswagen Heaven
Googling Volkswagens and found My Car (Dealership New Castle Delaware). They had an amazing blue 2016 Volkswagen Passat with absurdly low amount of miles. At a great price might I add. Pricing is actually what drove me there. Totally honest people and that's hard when dealing with car salesman and women. These folks were amazing. As well as the car. They answered everything I asked. That was in December 2019. I saw they had another Volkswagen for sale today (6/13/2020) This one was for my sister. Pulled up and apparently Junior saw me pulling up. As soon as I get in the door he's already coming out with the keys. (Haha) Great guy. Maybe 20-30 minutes later we're driving home with a second Volkswagen Passat. Also at a great price. Both cars up to date with maintenance. Both clean CarFoxs. Over all a great experience and if they ever get another VW I'll most likely be there. Tried for the Maserati but that was a no go. Lol... Thanks guys at My Car. Great experience. Nothing like dealing with a name brand dealership. They haggle, My Car didn't.

Great Deal & Great Car
We traveled about 45 miles to this dealership for a deal we thought was too good to be true. However, we were pleasantly surprised with the customer service and the deal we received for our 2015 Toyota Camry. The 'boss' was great and accommodating when we requested the front tires on the vehicle be replaced. Thanks for the positive experience. Great Service & A Great Car!
I purchased a 2015 Acura TLX from "My Car"…it's been only 3 days now, but this was exactly the car we were looking for at a fair price. Regarding the car, its purchase has nothing really to do with the review since I bought the car because I loved it! The purpose of this review is to highly recommend 'MY CAR' dealership and in particular, I want to give a sincere 'Thank You!' to our salesperson, Eddie. Eddie is honest regarding what he can offer, and as mentioned we paid what we did because this car was impeccably maintained and had well below the expected mileage. We got a good, fair deal as previously mentioned. It was all the other little things that Eddie did - picked us up at the bus station so we could drive home together in the NEW car, made us feel very comfortable throughout the process and explained everything to our satisfaction, and all the while in a very pleasant and friendly manner. Good service = 2 vehicle purchases
My 1st vehicle I purchased was a F150 FX4. Great truck for a great price. Eddie and Junior were fantastic! They gave me a very fair deal on my trade in, and as mentioned before, a great deal on the purchase price. I liked the service so much that I brought my wife back to look at an Acura MDX. Again, great service leading to a great price. Quick financing approval and we drive away 2 hours later with our 2nd purchase from My Car. Eddie and Junior are first class. The experiences were nothing short of remarkable. Do not sell yourself short. If you see something here that interests you, stop by. You won't be let down!

Good Experience
I found this car dealership on cargurus and they were selling a ford fusion for a great price. It was exactly what I wanted so I had to check it out. Eddie was really nice and not a push over. He did not pressure me into buying the car at all. Very professional, helpful and easy going. He got straight down to business. His assistant was also very pleasent and helpful. When I would ask for a call back from Eddie, he would call back in a timely manner. The only thing I wish I could have done is inspected the car a little bit more. After I purchased the car, I found three cigarette holes throughout the car and also the paint was chipped and also covered by their logo. As if they tried to hide it. But overall I love the car and got it for a great deal compared to other places. I would reccommend this dealership to my family and friends and ask for Eddie!!

Great Experience!!
What a great experience Javier provided us on our recent car purchase. We live in Texas and Javier did an outstanding job dealing with a long range transaction. Not only did he fully disclose everything about the vehicle, he provided additional pictures and answered what probably seemed like a never ending list of questions from us. Javier even spent a great deal of time researching how the car would be registered in different states. Thanks Javier for all your hard work!

This is the place to buy. Professional services both in sales and the financial field. The staff listens and responds in a polite caring manner. No sales pitch no gimicks. My car is a four star car dealership. All there inventory is in top notch condition. You will be treated as a VIP customer the second you walk in the door.
